To create an order, you must pay zenprojex in advance, through Razorpay using Credit Card/Net Banking. You accept that we may add administrative fees at the time of purchase, and that you will be liable for the payment of the total fees.

At the time of of project execution, we may ask you to provide additional confidential information such as details pertaining to IT systems access and technical details.

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will create your order and label it with a unique order number for reference purposes.

Should an order be canceled by customer, you must raise a dispute or return request and we will examine this request.

Most of the disputes will be settled with verbal discussion between two parties which will settle down the conflicts. % of refund money will be considered based on Project status and mutual understanding with customer.

If your request is justified, we will refund agreed amount of money through your original means of payment.

zenprojex users may not offer or receive payments using any other method or through any other means other than through placing an order on the website.

Both service providers/freelancers and buyers have the responsibility of scanning all received files for malware and viruses. You will not hold us liable for any hurts or losses suffered as a result of using our service or from the download of transferred content.
